Divide into 2 lots. proposed Mr. Donovan Wendt appeared again requesting action on the prop lot division that he had originally propossd to the P Connisaion on Jan. ion tabled a motion approvaltuntil the 27 Pl ing meeting. The village longings? had checked about the problem of a road esssmsnt and pressnted the Planning Commission an alternative plan for the Commission and Mr. Wendts consideration. This plan could r or a 50 •ss and ndla 100 lot. Mr. Wendt is Mr. Wendt stated hs had talked to Mayor Noises and was under the impression that a possible 30' eesamsnt and a 70 lot would possible be temptable. TO Commission felt this was too cubstandard for a lot, sines the village maintains we have 85' lots, and if a road did in the future go through the lot then would be corner lot and be even more.substandard. Action on tabled motion from 1/23/74. MSP(Olassr /Burggraff)to recommend to thu Council approval of the plan as presented by Donovan Wendt on Jan. 23, 1974. 2 ayes. 6 nays.
