Divide into 2 lots. proposed <br />Mr. Donovan Wendt appeared again requesting action on the prop <br />lot division that he had originally propossd to the P <br />Connisaion on Jan. ion tabled a motion approvaltuntil the 27 Pl <br />ing meeting. <br />The village longings? had checked about the problem of a road <br />esssmsnt and pressnted the Planning Commission an alternative <br />plan for the Commission and Mr. Wendts consideration. <br />This plan could r <br />or a 50 •ss and ndla 100 lot. Mr. Wendt <br />is <br />Mr. Wendt stated hs had talked to Mayor Noises and was under the <br />impression that a possible 30' eesamsnt and a 70 lot would <br />possible be temptable. <br />TO Commission felt this was too cubstandard for a lot, sines <br />the village maintains we have 85' lots, and if a road did in the <br />future go through the lot then would be corner lot and be even <br />more.substandard. <br />Action on tabled motion from 1/23/74. <br />MSP(Olassr /Burggraff)to recommend to thu Council approval of the <br />plan as presented by Donovan Wendt on Jan. 23, 1974. <br />2 ayes. 6 nays.
