Mounds View Planning Commission <br />,Regular Meeting, Maroh 27, 1974 <br />Village Hall <br />Galled to order: 7 :31 p.a. by Chairman Haake <br />1 <br />.:scent: <br />Foes, Blanchard, Glazer, Shelquist, Burmeister, Hoke, Houle, <br />Burggrsff, Mackeben. Also present Wally Skiba and Roger <br />Baumgartner. <br />Minutes: The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br />Chairman Haake requested approval of the following notations <br />which are to be inserted in the Maroh 27th, 1974 minutes: <br />On Friday, Maroh 8th, members of this Commission were called <br />regarding i request by Donovan D. Wendt for a lot split of his <br />property located at 7 Spring Lake Rd. All nice Commissioners <br />were palled asking for their recommendation regarding the estab- <br />lishment of a let 90' X 195.3' and road easement of 4o' X <br />195.3' oa the west end of Mr. Wendt's property. Results: <br />6 ayes; 2 nayes; 1 abstention. The City Hall was informed of <br />the results on Monday, Maroh 11, 1974. <br />Be it entered in the minutes that this oomn4e01ca met informally <br />on Maroh 13th, 1974 with representatives from our planning <br />consultants, Midwest Planning, for the purpose of disousrlig the <br />existing Land Use Plan for the City of Mounds View; and on <br />Maroh 20th, 1974 with representatives from Midwest Planning, <br />the City Council, Busia.JSmen's Association of Mounds View, <br />League of Women Voters of Mounds View, Mounds View Hunan Rights <br />Commission and the Clerk /Administrator and the Park and Recreat- <br />ion Director for the purpose of discussing the future Goals and <br />Policies for the City of Mounds View. <br />Business: Minor Subdivision; Mr. Dory Easmierosak <br />Division of 2 lots, 81' x 239' and 81' x 234' <br />Mr.,Kasmierosak was aware of the request or 30' easement for the <br />future Sunnyside Rd. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Foss) to recommend the lot split with the 30' <br />easront for the future Sunnyside Rd, <br />9 ayes. Carried <br />Minor Subdivision; Mr. Jerry Dirks, 8434 Red Oak Dr. <br />Mr. Dirks was aware of ths.30,' easement required fur the future <br />Fairchild Rd. The lots north end south of the proposed sub <br />division are 264 in length, if the proposed lot split is <br />divided at the point Mr. Dirks has asked for, this would be in <br />line with the other lots in the block. <br />M8P (Houle/Maokebsi) to recommend to the Council to divide sate <br />two (2) lots, •soh being 264' with the 30' easement being taken <br />oft the 264+ t the future Fairchild Dr. <br />9 ayea. anted. <br />
