Her garage would end up being on the bank half (or new
lot) lot. She would like to extend the front lot (or the lot
she would retain) another 34 ft. and this would include i wae
the
garage
be divided in exactly new lines could not
continue over to the neighbors lot, since the neighbors hones is
five feet over the middle line.
The question of the 2 ft. from the garage to the lot line in
connection with the utility easement was raised, since a 10 ft.
easement was required, the 2 ft. would not be adquate.
It was suggested that maybe 8 ft. could be added to Mrs.
Eastman@ lot along with the additional 34 ft. she had requested.
MSP Ehelquist/ Haake to recommend to the Council that the lot
split be granted as presented, except that the back lot line for
the front lot be moved west an additional 8 ft. to provide a
10 ft. setback from the garage. This would be 5 ft. of lot and
5 ft. of utility easement, and provide a total'lot depth of
306 tt. It is expected that a split of tie lot to the south will
follow tkis line, which will provide adequate setback and
easement for the garage on that lot. Building Inspector Skibats
measurement tndiolted ;that the setback will bo approximately
16 ft. on the south lot.
