This would be 5 ft. of lot and <br />5 ft. of utility easement, and provide a total'lot depth of <br />306 tt. It is expected that a split of tie lot to the south will <br />follow tkis line, which will provide adequate setback and <br />easement for the garage on that lot. Anplatted Lands Section 6 Parcel 080 -09 <br />Mr. Johnson has requested a lot split creating 2 lots, me lot <br />being 90 X 264 and leaving a lot of 150 X 264. There was <br />concern and diasoussion of the possibility f having the <br />150 X 264 lot divided into 2 aubstandard lots of 75 X 264. <br />MSP Pose /Blanchard to accept the subdivision as presented on <br />the !ketch plan, subject to approval by the Council. <br />8 ayes.
