There will not be any other build- <br />ings on the lot, and they will put up a 6 ft. opaque fence <br />in baok of the building and on either side, with one side <br />also having a fenced in storage area,used for oars that <br />need cleaning up etc, <br />Mr. Goetz kas agreed to put a lo ft. strip on the Spring <br />Lake Road side and create definite drives and also he will <br />put up 4. ft. plantings or fence on this green•.trip, in <br />compliance with the ,E0 (40.06 d) requirements. <br />The Commission recommends that a certain date, suck as <br />May 31st. 1975, should be the date to have the green strip <br />and plantings or fence completed. <br />Special Ups permit. 7b85 Groveland Road. Roaalb Smith. <br />Mr. 94itk requested to be able to store appliances for kis <br />business in kis garage, and asked for a variance on the <br />ordianoe regulating business in the home. Mr. Smith had <br />been already tagged by the building inspector for doing <br />busi -ems in the hose. Mr. Smith had the figmaturec of <br />7 neighbor• who did not object to kis storing of appliances, <br />but'the neighbor direotly next to Mr. Smith does object. <br />The Commission felt that Mr. Smith vas doing business in <br />his home and should not be given any variance, but at the <br />sane tins the Constantin telt it was not in a position to <br />judge the legal interpttatioa of this situation. <br />Proposed accessory Building. Joe Christy, 2617 Sherwood Rd. <br />The proposed building would be to the rear of the existing <br />garage. The building would be used to store 2 boats and <br />trailers and seen. to be more of a garage that accessory <br />building. Some Commission *embers felt it was a garage. <br />others felt it could be en accessory building. The <br />ordianoe does not permit two garages OR a lot. Mr. Christy <br />was told the only way he rill gat definite deoisioa was <br />to be put ma the Commission. next adgenda as a fee item. <br />
