ounde View Planning Commission ity Hall December 18, 1974 Meeting called to order: 7:39 P.M. by Chairman Basks Members presents Foes, Burmeister, Ratke, Burggraff, Mackeben, Roseman Members absents Blanchard, Shelquist, Glazer Minutes: The minutes for November 20, 1974 <ere read and approved, 6 Ayes, motion oarried. Business: Geo. Payne Jr., owner of property looated at 8035 Eastwood Rd. Side yard set -beck requirements not mot by subdivision approved by Planning Commission on June 213, 1972. Mr. Mrs. Douglas Schroeder, 8051 Eastwood Road appeared at the Planning Commission. They are the ownera of the north lot which was created in the original lot split. Mr. Schroeder gave the Commission the following informations At the time of the lot split there was an older building on splitr000urred be the south the the lot lo line. At this time Mr. Payne indicated he would tear down the building and possibly would build another home. it middle of theuwinter,Mr. renting building, chro deragreed to lettingtthg chcupantp❑utay in the building until spring of 1973. The occupants did not move out in the spring of 1973 but continued to live there until the first part of 'December 1974, then moved out and within a few days, new occupants moved in. Not only is the house on the lot line but Mr. Schroeder stated that when he put it-fence up, he had to curve out from his starting point because of the house being on the lot line. In the spring there is 'also trouble with the septic tank on the property in that it backs up and causes a run -off that orates en unpleasant odor Also that.: is a largo van located in back of the building which is up on block's and apparently is used as a storage shed. Upon reviewing the Planning Commission minutes for June 28', 1972, the Commission could not find any indication that Mr. Payne "had agreed to tear down the building, the minutes only contained the motion to approve a lot split.
