ounde View Planning Commission ity Hall <br />December 18, 1974 <br />Meeting called to order: 7:39 P.M. by Chairman Basks <br />Members presents Foes, Burmeister, Ratke, Burggraff, Mackeben, Roseman <br />Members absents Blanchard, Shelquist, Glazer <br />Minutes: The minutes for November 20, 1974 <ere read and approved, <br />6 Ayes, motion oarried. <br />Business: Geo. Payne Jr., owner of property looated at 8035 Eastwood Rd. <br />Side yard set -beck requirements not mot by subdivision <br />approved by Planning Commission on June 213, 1972. <br />Mr. Mrs. Douglas Schroeder, 8051 Eastwood Road appeared at <br />the Planning Commission. They are the ownera of the north lot <br />which was created in the original lot split. <br />Mr. Schroeder gave the Commission the following informations <br />At the time of the lot split there was an older building on <br />splitr000urred be the south the the lot <br />lo line. <br />At this time Mr. Payne indicated he would tear down the <br />building and possibly would build another home. <br />it middle of theuwinter,Mr. renting building, <br />chro deragreed <br />to <br />lettingtthg chcupantpâť‘utay in the building until spring of <br />1973. The occupants did not move out in the spring of 1973 <br />but continued to live there until the first part of 'December <br />1974, then moved out and within a few days, new occupants <br />moved in. <br />Not only is the house on the lot line but Mr. Schroeder stated <br />that when he put it-fence up, he had to curve out from his <br />starting point because of the house being on the lot line. <br />In the spring there is 'also trouble with the septic tank on <br />the property in that it backs up and causes a run -off that <br />orates en unpleasant odor <br />Also that.: is a largo van located in back of the building <br />which is up on block's and apparently is used as a storage shed. <br />Upon reviewing the Planning Commission minutes for June 28', <br />1972, the Commission could not find any indication that Mr. <br />Payne "had agreed to tear down the building, the minutes only <br />contained the motion to approve a lot split. <br />
