Variance. Mr. Ed Dropp; Pinetree Builders Property involved, 7830 <br />Eastwood Road. <br />Mr. Droppssppeared requesting a variance for a 70 front <br />yard set -baok. <br />The digging for the foundation had Already been started when <br />the Building inspector, Wally Skiba stopped the work. Upon <br />inapeotian, Wally ekiba found tha new proposed house would <br />be set back further than the already existing houses on <br />either side. <br />Mr. Droppâ–  stated that he did not realise you had to have a <br />variance to set bank further, but only to have less at baok <br />than is required. He indicated the reason the house is to <br />be built in this particular area is because tho owner wishes <br />to save 2 large pine trees located in the front. <br />Mr. Dropps also presented 2 signed statements by the residents <br />on either side of the proposed house, stating they did not <br />object to the looation.of the new house. Statements signed <br />by Mr. Mrs. Harold F. Glaser and Mr. Mrs. Lamont C. <br />Bolduc. <br />MSP Roasmat/Foss to approve the variance for an ypproximate <br />70 I set back for the new house at 7830 Eastwood Road. <br />The Commission would like to comment on Building Inspector <br />Skiba's sharp Observation of this problem. <br />Commission member Mackaben was excused at 9:5 P.M. <br />Meeting adjourned by Chairmen Hake at 10:00 P.M. <br />
