We sre dividing the com-' <br />munity in half, with two churchos and a school to boot. To saperate <br />aur conmunity oxactly in half, and in addition to meking Red Osk <br />a through h~ghwa/ - to heck with Blaine! <br />Chuck Hubbard, Mounds View Engineer, stated that the airport driva <br />would go up to 93rd Avene, and this one would go to Highway 65. <br />Whether Blaine feals strongly about the interchange, he would not <br />sAy f.or thom. Tha Commission wants to <br />begin working right not to prevent.it. <br />Mr Hill answared tha final appraval is from the Commi3sionex of <br />Highways, the Federal Highway Administrators, but it has to be <br />signed at meny stages. Tfia Metr~politan Council has much power <br />also, <br />Mr Dcok said the Metrcpolztan Conncil could very we11 say this <br />should ba done. <br />~ <br />
