After consulting with stuff and his aitornay~ ha decided <br />tn request an unoqual split eo obtain the yard storage of his boat. <br />Stevan Rosa explained that this minor subdivision was very similar <br />to the last request. Again, both lots maet area roqu}remants. <br />Tha frontage requirnment cnnnot ba met due to the 155' frontage. <br />The house and garaga as they are locateci on the lot could provida <br />£ar an equal split of R2.S', and still meat the minimum raquired <br />5' setback for the garago. The appli.cant has raquestad tl~e <br />unequal split bocause he has an axisting pave3 area on which h9 <br />stores his boat. This area extends 7h' south of his garage. If <br />the sub3ivision is grant~d as requested, a variance of a total <br />5' would ba roquirel frr tho paving soYback. Tha paving could <br />also be removed. Services are also available for the new lot. <br />
