He agread with Commiseion Member Foss that thora wou7.d <br />probably be no more than six cars on the property at one tima snd <br />this would not create any problems. <br />Commiseion Member eurmeister stated she was againet parking along <br />the aide of the driveway, as it was a potenh.ial hazard. He atated ha would like <br />Co aee some alterna~ives. <br />Commisaion Member Fedar eaid he felt they were attempting to treat <br />this ae an overgrown duplex. Ae the Commioeion had never addreseed <br />a three uttit bui2ding before, Yhey were having di£ficulty d~ciding <br />how it ehould be.treated. He added that the parking area would have <br />to be hoth acreaned and curbed, aacordLng to cuda. Chairperson <br />Haake eaid ahe didn't Eeel that would apply in this case. <br />Commisaion Member Quan aeked if Staff had looked around at other <br />triplexee in the City.
