He also stated he was curious that i£ Mr. Thorson could afford <br />to service his lote, wh,y the other property ownere could noC afford to <br />alsa. <br />Mr, Kremer replied that they would have to tie into tl~e system elsewhere, <br />which would eignificant].y increaae their cost.
