His requast for this privacy was due to the fact <br />that his bedroom windows are lucated on that side. <br />Mapnard aowman, 8046 Lonq Lake Road, stated that he felt the <br />zoninq co~les did not reatrict windows.' Further, that he pro- <br />posed to plaoe the windows at a height of 6'6" from the floor, <br />which would provide privacy. <br />Paul Fedor, Sr. stated that hia houee was three feet higher <br />then tha Bowman's and that the 6'6" would not provide privacy. <br />Motion made by Coebel, no second, for the Planning Commiseion <br />to grant variance ior a 5'9" aetback £or the conversinn from <br />garage to living guar~ers of 8046 Long Lake Road. <br />MS (Blanchard, Burmeiater) for the Plannl.ng Commisaion to deny ~ <br />the variance, sinc9 the neighbor objeeted to the insta2lation <br />of windows, <br />.:J: . <br />1~ A discuesion occurred, and it was felt that some middle ground <br />could ba achieved.
