Mr. Gimpel is proposing <br />to remodel his existing garage to a fam7ly room <br />and add an unattached gerage in front of the existing <br />structure. Tbe setback of the new garage wouid be <br />22.7 which requlrNS a variance. Rose reminded the <br />Commission thaC Code S<ctlon 40.05 Suhd. C requires <br />a 30' sptback.
