The existing zoning and existing land <br />use 6ot11 denote this area as R-7, single family residen- <br />tiai. The Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map denotes this <br />area as low density residential. The applicant is intending <br />to use this slte as a small industrial establishment for <br />repairing bicycles, snowmobiles, and selling safety equip- <br />ment.
