MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Page 2 <br />Jack Welch, representing Brooks, stated that the <br />developer is not interested in attaching the Mr. <br />( '90nut facility to the Superette as the business <br />could be under separate management, they are of <br />entirely different commerical uses., and attach- <br />ment would pose traffic flow problems. <br />Summary of Discussion: <br />What is the feasibility of subdividing the <br />parcel into two separate lots. <br />Has there been a change in the City's position <br />concerning P.U.D. lot size requirements that <br />would warrant a code revision. <br />Motion/Seconds Haake/McCarthy moved to recommend <br />to the City Council denial of the conditional use <br />permit for the property located at 2390 Highway 10 <br />as it is not in conformance with existing Municipal <br />Code requirements, 40.22 Subd. C (2b and 3b) and <br />40.04 Subd. C. <br />7 ayes 0 nays <br />Applicant requests approval of preliminary plat <br />called Miller Industrial Piat and rezoning of the <br />0-"1and which has presently sections of R-1 and B-3 <br />1lo I, 1 for development of an industrial park. <br />Official Rose stated that Mr. Miller had been <br />informed of the Commission's December 3rd meeting, <br />but since the Rice Creek Watershed administrative <br />approval and thereports from the City Attorney <br />and Engineer were not yet available, Mr. Miller <br />requested that action on his proposal be tabled <br />until December 10, 1980. <br />Motion/Seconds Fedor/Miller moved to table Case <br />47-80 to December 10, as requested by,the developer. <br />7 ayes 0 nays <br />Official Rose clarified the 60 day time limit <br />requirements in the review of a development proposal. <br />Commissioners Haake and Miller left the meeting at <br />9:40 p.m. <br />Motion/Seconds Breske/Loeding moved to table the <br />review of Chapter 32 until December 10, 1980. <br />ayes <br />0 nays <br />Regular Meeting <br />December 3, 1900 <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />5.
