AESOLUTION N0. 09-81 <br />l,~rl <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMS&Y <br />&TATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE C~TY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNIt1G CASE 68-80 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounda View Planninq Commiesian hae reviewad the <br />application of Fra:ik Carley, aka, Carley pattern reqardinq the requeat <br />to rezone L•he property at 4751 Muatang Lane from the existing I-1 <br />fLight Indttetrial) to I-2 (Heavy Industrial)~ and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Cade Sect±on 40.20, Subd.
