A conditionxl uee permit be granked to include the fallowinq <br />provis,ions: <br />a) Joint parking coven~nks be t'equired between Broaks <br />Superette and Mr. Donut to be filed and be of record <br />at Ramsey County Court House. <br />b) All canditione pertaining to the specific site are <br />aubject to review and change when the City, upon <br />investigation in relation to a formal request, finds <br />1) general welfare and public betterment can be <br />served as well or better by modifying the conditions; <br />and 21 upon a change in ownership. <br />2.
