He presen.ted the Planning <br />Commieaion with copies of a sketch of hia iot <br />and the proposed building. He explained he <br />wanted to put the garage in the proposed epot <br />to aerve ae a'noiea buffar from the traffic on <br />County Road J. He added that he cannot aleep <br />in the bedroom in his house that is closest <br />to Counky Road J. <br />OEficisl Roae explained the right of. way ie <br />33' from the center of the road, and ttiere <br />would be approximately 18' Erom L•ha proposed <br />addition to the right of way.
