She stated <br />she did not care to apend that much money and asked how <br />e].se ahe could service her praperty. <br />The I.'lanning Ca~iAaion spent a great deal of time with <br />Atre, rale but came tu the conclueion that a cul-d~-sac <br />whe the only v3able method of eervicing her property, <br />Co~nissioner Miller was excused at 1U:01 PM. <br />It wae the conceueus o€ the Planning Co~iseion that <br />they would recommend retaining the easements on the <br />proper.ty for furthar developmant and acceee to Ardan <br />Avenue for bike and foo*, trnffic to the park. <br />Cheirman Mountin stated ehe would attend the next <br />' Council meeting in liau of Councilmember Forelund's <br />,~ abeence. <br />
