Technician Kampel. reviewed Mr. Dalberg's request to rezone two lote from R-1 to R-2. Chairman Mountin explainc~d the Planning Commiesion had reviewed the requoet at their November 17 agonda sesaion and they were waiting for Mr. Dalberg'e decieion on how he would like to procead. ~ Mr. Dalberg etated it would not be Peaeible to place I ~uet one duplex on the lot, but that he cuuld also I cor,aider going to A-3 and conatructing a townhouee. He star.ed he would withdraw hie request for R-2 i zoning and requeet R-3 zoning.
