<br />confotmanca with Chapter 49A of the MunLcipal Code~
<br />NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Plan-
<br />ning Commission hereby recommenda to the City Council epproval oE
<br />a rezoning oE properry located at 7801 sunnyside Road, legal
<br />description of which is Spring Lake Park Hillview, sub3ect to
<br />Highway and except the northeasterly 150 Eeet, Lot 84, Erom R-3,
<br />Medium Deneity Residential to B-2, Limited Business, and also
<br />recommende that the Comptehensive Plan be amended to reEloct this
<br />proposed chanye in usei
<br />BE IT,FURTHER~RESOLVEP that, rontinyent upon the City
<br />Council rezaning the above 'property, the Rlanning Commission
<br />approves a side ,ynrd setback variance of 10 Eeet from the south-
<br />east side of tha 4uildir.g to tho southeast property line and also
<br />approves a variance oE two parking spaces to ellow the construc-
<br />tion of 18 spacesF
