Planning Case No. VR00-005 <br /> <br />Property Involved: 8141 Edgewood Drive <br />Discussion and Consideration of Resolution No. 631-00, a Resolution Approving a Front Yard <br />Setback Variance <br />Applicant: Craig Walters <br /> <br /> <br />Craig Walters, the applicant, was present. <br /> <br />Planner Ericson gave the Staff report as follows: <br /> <br />Craig Walters, property owner of 8141 Edgewood Drive, has applied for a variance to encroach <br />into the front yard setback to allow for the construction of a 308 square-foot addition onto the <br />north side of his house. The house, which was constructed in 1946, was built at an angle on the
