RESOLUTION 8990 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE FOR <br />REBECCA O'DONNELL, 8145 RED OAK DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter 701 <br />of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of chickens <br />and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br />WHEREAS, Rebecca O'Donnell has submitted a license application with site plan <br />and the appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens on her property located at 8145 Red <br />Oak Drive; and, <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all <br />requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br />considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held August 27, <br />2018; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License for Rebecca O'Donnell, 8145 Red <br />Oak Drive, for no more than eight chickens. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective from August 28, 2018 <br />to December 31, 2019. <br />Adopted this 27th day of August, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />(Seal) <br />�tl mac/� <br />Carol A.
