<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 104-84 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING <br />GALE/YOST ADDITION, 8205 LAPORT DRIVE, CASE 149-84 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer is proposing a major subdivision <br />consisting of three lots~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City, to date, has received a petition for <br />the public improvement and a feasibility study has be submitted~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hardship justification for the project is the <br />City's closing of the easement on Ardan Avenue which made other <br />lot development not practical~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that a <br />development agreement be entered into between the City of Mounds <br />View and the developers, Susan Gale and Debra Yost, which include <br />the following provisions: <br /> <br />a. Exhibits <br />1) site grading and utility plan <br />2) site development and landscape plan <br />3) site survey <br />4) easement map and legal description for <br />required storage pond (ordinance No. 49A) <br />5) legal description <br />6) Ordinance No. 49A seven year performance <br />bond of $1,000.00 <br />7) building plans and specifications <br />8) 10 foot wide foot path easement <br /> <br />b. Security for the development in an amount to be <br />determined. <br /> <br />c. Payment of all City expenses above and beyond amounts <br />previously submited. <br /> <br />d. Other items as may be required by the City Council. <br /> <br />e. Variance for 60 foot radius and 25 foot setback. <br /> <br />f.
