<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 109-84 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST OF <br />CHARLES L. KOENIG AT 7869 GREENWOOD DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charles L. Koenig has applied for a driveway <br />setack variance of 4 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Koenig has proved hardship by definition of <br />Zoning Code Section 40.26, Subd. Di and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hardship includes location of the existing <br />driveway unimproved for the last 38 years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 15 years ago a subdivision occurred placing the <br />driveway closer than 5 feet to the property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner, Mr. Koenig, now requests to pave and <br />improve the driveway; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission approves the variance for Mr. Koenig because <br />of due hardship allowing the driveway to be placed within one <br />foot of the property line for approximately 28 feet; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remainder of the driveway <br />and a future garage must be 5 feet from the property line. <br />(Please refer to the attached exhibit.) <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of September, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />c~~ c/ ~4... <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />A . -11'/-'/ /' <br />< _~~,) - -l~; j_Z~ <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
