<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 112-84 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR 2833 LAPORT DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists on the northeast interesection of <br />Laport Drive and Groveland Road a house which faces Laport Drive; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the front yard obviously fronts on Laport Drive; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Code stipulates the front yard is on the <br />shortest lot line which happens to be Groveland Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, they meets all other requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this keeps continuity with the neighborhood and <br />has no adverse impact on adjacent property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this is the only uniquely sized lot on the block; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hardship is the original placement of the <br />house and there is no obstruction of light, air and view; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is adequate setback from both roads and all <br />property lines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission approves a 4 foot variance request on the <br />rear lot line for 2833 Laport Drive. <br /> <br />Adopted this lst day of August, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~. ~/~~~L <br /> <br />Chair aJ/ <br />I <br />. <br /> <br />~'W~ <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
