<br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 114-84 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OF AN <br />ADDITION, PHASE 2, 2159 MUSTANG DRIVE, BAUER WELDING <br />AND METAL FABRICATORS, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE 101-81 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Code, 59.07, requires the review of the proposed <br />addition, Phase 2, to 2159 Mustang Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed <br />addition, Phase 2, on August 1, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the original <br />submission which included the addition, Phase 2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original approval of the development was under a previous <br />Zoning Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed <br />addition, Phase 2, is similar to the original proposal and in keeping with the <br />spirit and intent of the Zoning Code requirements; <br /> <br />. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the site plan submitted December 15, 1981, in a development <br />agreement executed to include the following: <br /> <br />1) The following items should be exhibits of the development agreement: <br /> <br />a) site plan <br />b) grading plan <br />c) final plans and specifications <br />d) legal description <br />e) Ordinance No. 49A requirements <br />f) Ordinance No. 49A 7-year security <br /> <br />2) A security in the amount of $10,000 for the site improvements. <br /> <br />3) The fOllowing Exhibit 2A conditions should be included: <br /> <br />a) Payment of all Ci ty expenses wi thi n 30 days. <br />b) Provide additional parking as necessary in future to meet area <br />Code requirements; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs <br />staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />.
