<br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 119-84 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING DEVELOPMENT REVIEW OF <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING AT 2716/2720 COUNTY ROAD J <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Kolstrom is the owner of the property <br />known as 2717/2720 County Road J and is requesting permission to <br />construct a two-family structure on said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property at 2716/2720 County Road J is <br />presently zoned R-2, single and two-family dwelling district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner, Robert Kollstrom, requests to build <br />the two-family dwelling, subdivide it down the center for zero <br />lot line purposes and separate ownership; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kolstrom has provided a site plan showing <br />proper setbacks of the two-family structure and proposed drainage <br />facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has received direction from Ramsey <br />County with regard to access of the property and county ditch <br />drainage on the property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County requests that the drainage from the <br />county ditch be directed southward through the property and then <br />directed to the west for pick-up by existing topography to City <br />drainage facilities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval to the City Council for <br />Robert Kolstrom's two-family dwelling request subject to <br />receiving approval from Ramsey County regarding the final <br />drainage proposal and Chapter 49A requirements for said <br />property.
