<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 137-85 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING PLANNING CASE NO. <br />146-84, M. H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION, MAJOR SUBDIVISION, SILVER <br />LAKE WOODS, BLOCK 4, LOTS 1-8, (COUNTY RD. H-2 & SILVER LAKE RD.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M. H. Anderson Construction has requested City <br />approval of a major subdivision and rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the request is to amend the existing P.U.D. and <br />subdivide the property into 12 lots zoned R-I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 40.24, Subd. C, Paragraph (l)e, <br />states "As a consequence of a planned unit development's planned and <br />integrated character, the number of dwelling units allowed within <br />the respective zoning district may be increased by ten (10) <br />percent. The building, parking and similar requirements for these <br />extra units shall be observed in compliance with this Code"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on Chapter 40.24, the Planning Commission has <br />determined that the amended P.U.D. can support II R-I dwelling <br />units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County may have taken 14 feet from the west <br />property line for a future road widening; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends denial of the request by M. H.
