<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, _. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 144-85 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 179-85, MAJOR SUBDIVISION (2 LOTS INTO <br />4 LOTS) AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 8085 WOODLAWN DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, J. A. Menkveld has requested City approval for a <br />major subdivision and conditional use permit for a 400 square <br />foot accessory building located at 8085 Woodlawn Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this major subdivision and conditional use <br />permit, as requested, requires approval from the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the major <br />subdivision and conditional use permit request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to remove the <br />garage and shed located on proposed Lot 2 within ninety (90) days <br />of the plat filing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner was notified that if proposed <br />Lot 4 is ever subdivided, there will be some restriction on the <br />time that the single 24 foot by 22 foot garage will be allowed to <br />remain on that one lot before a house is built on that lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, if Lot 4 is ever subdivided, the accessory <br />building will need to be located a minimum of 5 feet from the <br />south property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to remove two feet <br />from the 20 foot by 22 foot accessory building on proposed Lot 4 <br />so that it will not exceed the maximum 400 square feet required <br />for the building to be classified as an accessory building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to remove the short <br />section of driveway to the proposed accessory building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed major subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />other chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 42, <br />49 and 49A and State Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of this request for a <br />major subdivision and conditional use permit; <br />
