<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 148-85 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 182-85, MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION FOR 2609 COUNTY ROAD I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Phyllis Leenerts, 2609 County Road I, requested <br />City approval for a minor subdivision on October 10, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Leenerts has provided a Surveyor's <br />Certificate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and information submitted by the applicant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Leenerts has indicated that her neighbor to <br />the west is willing to move the fence (which is 0.6 feet onto the <br />southwest corner of Mrs. Leenerts proprty) back on his own <br />property prior to Mrs. Leenerts selling the land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapter 40, 42, 49 <br />and 49A and State Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Mrs. <br />Leenerts for a minor subdivision; <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of November, 1985. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />j;' <br />./ .y' ,-4 <br />,.' ./ .,,. .C', <br /> <br />Cliairman <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~~I! <br />]?t <br />Director of Pub ic Works/ <br />Community Development <br /> <br />L'd?A' ~ <br />;.,- '7 A- .
