<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. 154-86 <br />Page Two of Two <br /> <br />f) Buildinq Plans and Specifications <br />q) Landscapinq Plan <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Security for the development in an amount to be <br />determined. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Exhibit 2A to ~equire the following: <br /> <br />a) Paved parking area to use B-6-18 curbing. <br />b) Concrete cross curb and gutter shall be <br />installed at the entrance and the exit. <br />c) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond <br />amounts previously submitted. <br />d) Other items as may be required by the City <br />Council. <br />e) A light shall also be installed on the east <br />side of the building. The light shall not <br />shine onto the exit ramp. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends that a conditional use permit be <br />granted which includes the above items and the following <br />items: <br /> <br />1. Trees and shrubs shall be properly maintained. <br /> <br />2. Garbage cans and trash shall be located inside <br />the trash enclosure. <br /> <br />3. If the business closes and is not reopened within <br />one year, the conditional use permit is null and <br />void. <br /> <br />4. An attendant shall be on duty for a minimum of 4 <br />hours per day. If there is a health, safety, <br />welfare or nuisance problem, the number of hours <br />an attendant is on duty shall be revised by the <br />City. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the <br />City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of March, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/4t'; 'A~' <br />, i L"" <br />/' I J '7--- ,,/./.' ____ <br />,..l d'/'1{;Lcl'.'
