<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 160-86 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 190-86, CHESTER GLISAN, MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chester Glisan has requested City approval for a <br />minor subdivision for his property at 7800 Long Lake Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this minor subdivision, as requested, requires <br />approval by the Planning Commission and City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />Certificate of Survey prepared by James L. Kurth, Land Surveyor, <br />dated March 27, 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49, <br />49A and State Statutes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Chester <br />Glisan for a minor subdivision; <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of May, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) - <br /> <br />AAfd- <br /> <br />~irector of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
