<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 164-86 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEH <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 190-86, GEORGE R. GRONE, MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />(I LOT INTO 3 LOTS), 8430 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. George R. Grone has requested City approval <br />for a major subdivision (1 lot into 3 lots) at 8430 Knollwood <br />Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and the certificate of survey dated April 14, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has also reviewed this <br />proposal and it is in conformance with all chapters of the <br />Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 48, 49, and State <br />Statutes; and <br /> <br />vvHEREAS, this development does not need to be reviewed by <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider shall provide plans and calcula- <br />tions for storm water control per City Code Chapter 49A prior to <br />subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider shall furnish the City with a <br />site, grading, and drainage plan prior to approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer shall pay a park dedication fee of <br />$192.00 ($150/acre X 1.28 acres) prior to approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the development per <br />the request of George R. Grone contingent upon receiving the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Five foot drainage easements on the rear and <br />side property lines. <br />2. A drainage easement over the storm water <br />detention pond. <br />3. Plans and calculations for storm water control. <br />4. Site, grading and drainage plan. <br />5. Payment of park dedication fee. <br />
