MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 165-86 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION REGARDING MARV ANDERSON'S REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT TOWNHOUSES INSTEAD OF CONDOMINIUMS IN THE AREA OF LAKE COURT DRIVE WHEREAS, Marv Anderson is proposing to construct six unit townhouses in lieu of eight unit condominium structures on some of the remaining undeveloped lots of Silver Lake Woods Carriage Homes, Tract D; and WHEREAS, the six unit townhouses will be on the lots originally proposed as eight unit condominiums; and WHEREAS, the development agreement may need to be revised; and WHEREAS, Marv Anderson shall secure approval of the majority of the homeowners association; and WHEREAS, the density will be reduced from 168 units to as low as 138 units in the undeveloped area; and WHEREAS, Marv Anderson shall deed the land beneath the townhouses to the townhouse owners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commis- sion recommends to the City Council that this conceptual plan be approved contingent upon approval of the majority of the home- owners association; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission recom- mends to the City Council that the development agreement be amended accordingly; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Marv Anderson may construct townhouses or condominiums on any particular lot in Silver Lake Woods Carriage Homes, Tract D; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be forward to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes.
