<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 172-86 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING VACATING SEWER <br />EASEMENT AT 8106 GROVELAND ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a sewer easement to <br />construct, operate, repair, replace, inspect, and maintain sewer <br />mains, pipes and lines across the south 40 feet of the north 115 <br />feet of Lot 47, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, except therefrom <br />the west 20 feet, said property located at 8106 Groveland Road, <br />owned by Daryl D. Blasberg; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the residential structure at 8106 Groveland Road <br />has been erected over a portion of the above-described sewer <br />easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City does not need for its purposes the <br />entire 40 foot easement across the above described property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends that the City of Mounds View <br />vacate the south 31 feet of the east 190 feet of that sewer <br />easement contained in that deed dated February 14, 1964, filed as <br />Document No. 472482 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Adopted this 15th day of October, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
