<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 174-86 <br />PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance request is the minimum variance <br />which would alleviate the hardship; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance is not materially detrimental to the <br />City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lot Nos. I, 15 and 16 shall have front yard <br />setback of 44 feet, 58 feet and 58 feet, respectively; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Chuck <br />Cook to subdivide the land as presented in the drawings received <br />by the City on September 25, 1986, contingent upon approval from <br />Rice Creek Watershed District; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission grants a 10 foot side yard setback variance for Lot <br />No.2; <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 15th day of October, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
