<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 190-87 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REAPPROVAL OF MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION, 8368 RED OAK DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 212-87 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 23, 1980 Paul Johnson, 8368 Red Oak <br />Drive, requested approval of a minor subdivision to resubdivide <br />two lots by adjusting the common rear lot line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision received the approval of the <br />Planning Commission and City Council with a requirement that <br />utility easements as shown on the drawing entitled,"Sheet 3" be <br />given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paul Johnson did not file the necessary documents <br />for recording within the required 60 day period and has reapplied <br />for approval of the minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal has been reviewed by staff and <br />recommended for approval with the requested utility easements and <br />an additional 8 feet of right-of-way on Red Oak Drive. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision with the <br />requested utility easements and 8 feet 0f right-of-way on Red Oak <br />Drive. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolui:lon to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1987. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
