<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 200-87 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT, NORTH STAR INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />MAJOR SUBDIVISION, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 210-87 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Watson Forsberg Company has requested approval of <br />a final plat for North Star Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for North Star Industrial Park <br />was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission during 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council conducted a public <br />hearing and reviewed and approved the preliminary plat on <br />June 22, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final plat has been reviewed by the Mounds View <br />City Staff and Planning Commission and found to be consistent <br />with the previously approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the North Star Industrial <br />Park final plat conditioned upon the following items: <br /> <br />1. Deeding of Outlot A to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />2. Construction of a temporary retention or detention <br />ponding facility by the Developer. <br /> <br />3. The cities of Blaine and Mounds View enter into a <br />Joint Powers Agreement for the use of public utilities <br />by the occupants of the industrial park. <br /> <br />Adopted this 2nd day of September, 1987. <br />I ' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
