<br />e "e. <br /> <br />-.'.- <br /> <br />_1- <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTON NO. 212-88 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A PUBLIC FACILITY IN AN R-l DISTRICT <br />FOR THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION AT <br />2345 COUNTY ROAD H <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, 2345 <br />County Road H, has requested a conditional use permit to build a <br />storage building in an R-l District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision D(2), provided that governmental and public utility <br />buildings and structures necessary for the health safety and <br />general welfare of the community are a conditional use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal <br />and has found that the structure conforms to the setback and side <br />yard requirements of an R-l District and there is no outside <br />storage proposed and there is adequate screening from neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of a conditional use <br />permit to allow for the construction of a storage buil~ing,by <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, 2345 County Road H, <br />legally known as; subject to road, the east 640 feet of south <br />feet of southeast 1/4 of southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township <br />Range 23, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />190 <br />30, <br /> <br />1) Approval by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Aaopted this 3rd day of February, 1988. <br />ATTeST: ~~ <br />City Planner <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
