<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 215-88 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSAL FOR ESTABLISHMENT <br />OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 AND <br />PROPOSAL FOR APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO TO BE <br />CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View proposed establishment of <br />a Tax Increment Financing District No.2 (the "Tax Increment <br />Districts") located within the Development District, all located <br />within the jurisdictional limits of the City; and proposed the <br />creation of a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "Financing Plan") <br />relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />469.174 to 469.179, inclusive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Financing Plan has been submitted to the <br />Mounds View Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 469.126, Subd. 1, and Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />469.175, Subd. 3(3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed <br />Financing Plan to determine the consistency of the Financing Plan <br />to the Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission that the Financing Plan is consistent with the Mounds <br />View Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends approval of <br />the Financing Plan to the Mounds View City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted this 17th day of February, 1988. <br /> <br />,'" <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />;/~ <br /> <br />City Planner <br /> <br />--- <br />
