<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 216-88 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAr-1SEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />PURCHASE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8100 GROVELAND ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has met with <br />residents who would be affected by the purchase of 8100 Groveland <br />Road and the extension of Knollwood Drive, and heard their <br />comments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is currently a building permit application <br />before the City for 8100 Groveland Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that it would be <br />within the City's best interest to plan for future development; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is recognized that there are not at present <br />any plans to extend Knollwood Drive. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends the purchase of 8100 Groveland <br />Road and set it aside for future development considerations. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 17th day of February, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />,. <br />/' <br /> <br />1 j/ ,. /J ..-/ - <br />/vfa~~d/t-i,:i a )f'&~;~ <br />Cl'la i rma9 <br /> <br />/.~ <br />/ rJL <br />CIty Planner <br /> <br />(SEAL)' <br />
