A ratio of one student per 35 square
feet will be be used for the existing structure and a one
to 30 ratio in the temporary classroom building.

(2) Through joint facilities parking, the site will have the
proper amount of parking spaces per the City Code for
either the church or the elementary school whichever is
greater. In addition, the Church will obtain a written
agreement with the property owner at 2791 Highway 10 to
use their parking facilities on Sundays.

(3) Placement of a fence on the west side of the play area
along Red Oak Drive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission grants
a variance to Church Upon the Rock to put up a 60" high fence
along Red Oak Drive because of the exceptional and extraordinary
circumstances which apply to this property, namely, the use of a
school and playground on the site.

.
