<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 225-88 <br /> <br />CITY OF rIOUNDS VIEH <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />STATE OF rIINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOHHENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING HOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 199-86, HOUNDS VIEH BUSINESS PARK, <br />EVEREST DEVELOPHENT, LTD. <br /> <br />HHEREAS, Everest Development, Ltd. has requested approval <br />of the preliminary plat for a major subdivision entitled, "Mounds <br />View Business Park 2nd Addition"; and <br /> <br />~mEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed preliminary <br />plat and determined that it is in compliance with all applicable <br />City Codes; and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and concurred with conclusions reached by City <br />Staff. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the preliminary plat <br />for the major subdivision of the 110unds View Business Park 2nd <br />Addition by Everest Development, Ltd. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the llounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 18th day of flay, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />// <br />~"" ~7d ~~C <br />Chairm <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />City Planner <br />
