<br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 231-88 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br />8138 GROVELAND ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 248-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Emery and Pauline Gale, 8138 Groveland Road, has <br />requested approval of a minor subdivision dividing the northern <br />85 feet of his lot from the existing lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br />it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />minor subdivision request by Emery and Pauline Gale contingent <br />upon providing the City with appropriate title abstracts and <br />recording of those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />tit prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 17th day of August, 1988. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~d,Ux' tI. <br />Chalrman <br /> <br />/J ~;:.Z~._~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />(SEA:L) <br /> <br />~cL- <br /> <br />City Planner <br /> <br />tit <br />
