<br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 232-88 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUN'l'Y OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR A PET STORE AT 2548 HIGHWAY 10, SILVER VIEW PLAZA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ronald Holt has requested a conditional use <br />permit for the property located at 2548 Highway 10 in the Silver <br />View Plaza Shopping Center for a Pet Store; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 40.17, Subdivision D(5) provides for a <br />pet store as a conditional use in a B-2 zone: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal <br />and found it in keeping with the intent of the Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of a conditional use <br />permit for a pet store contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />a. Noise and odor are effectively confined to the <br />premises in accordance with Ordinance No. 90, <br />Public Nuisances. <br /> <br />b. That boarding of animals is prohibited except for the <br />purposes of retail sales. <br /> <br />c. A mechanical ventilation or exhaust system shall be <br />installed to control, capture and remove emissions or <br />odors generated by such use. Such systems shall be <br />separate from the other ventilation systems in the <br />building. Such system shall be designed to prevent <br />the migration of emissions or odors to other parts of <br />the ouilding.
