<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 237-88 <br /> <br />CI'rY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR <br />SYSCO/CON'l'INENTAL MINNESOTA, PLANNING CASE NO. 253-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ryan Construction has requested general concept <br />approval to construct an office/war~house building with the <br />following: <br /> <br />Office - 35,000 S.F. <br />Warehouse - 209,000 S.F. <br />Accessory Structure - 6,400 S.F. <br /> <br />with expansion potential of: <br /> <br />Office - 23,040 S.F. <br />War~house - 178,000 S.F. <br /> <br />at the site bounded by T.H. 6/10, 1-35VJ and County Road J; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a planned unit <br />development review process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, construction of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br /> <br />1. General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3. Final Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and information submitted by the applicant which includes <br />the following: <br /> <br />1. Site plan dated October 24, 1988 <br />2. Proposed PUD for CFS, Mounds View, Minnesota, <br />dated October 5, 1988 <br />3. Memo to City Planner regarding parking dated <br />October 24, 1988 <br />4. Traffic Impact Study by Westwood Professional <br />Services received October 17, 1988. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a project that meets <br />the requirements of City Code Chapter 40.24, Subd. C(2), <br />commercial or industrial planned unit development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the information <br />required by Chapter 40.24, Subd. E(l), general concept stage; and <br />
