MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLU'rION NO. 246-89 . CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZERO LOT LINE MINOR SUBDIVISION, WALLY BAUER, 2565/67 COUNTY ROAD I, PLANNING CASE NO. 261-89 WHEREAS, Mr. Wally Bauer has requested approval of a minor subdivislon to allow the construction of a zero lot line duplex at the property located at 2565/67 County Road I; and WHEREAS, the Plannlng CommissIon has revlewed the applicant's request for a zero lot line subdivislon and determines that it is ln conformance wIth Chapters 40 and 42 of the Clty Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning CommlSSlon of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the minor subdlvision request by Mr. Bauer contingent upon the following: . 1) Provldlng the City with approprlate tltle abstracts and recordlng those abstracts wlth Ramsey County. 2) Inclusion of the following restrictions ln the deeds of the two parcels: a. If one dwelling unit lS burned or destroyed, lt shall be reconstructed in a uniform appearance. b. If both dwelllng units are burned or destroyed, mlnimum lot widths shall then prevall as for single famlly homes. c. A double dwelling unlt may be rebullt meeting the orlginal conditlons of this Code. d. A unlform exterior appearance, in terms of color, design and maintenance, shall be maintained. 3) The subdlvision lS subject to Park Land Dedlcatlon requlrernents and must be satlsfactorily complled with. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commisslon dlrects Staff to forward thlS resolution to the Clty CouncIl prior to approval of the minutes. Adopted this lath day of May, 1989. (SEAL) '1t.~t:.
