PLANNING CASE NO. 259-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Everest Development has requested general concept <br />and development stage approval to construct three buildlngs as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Building H <br />BUllding I <br />Building J <br /> <br />74,998 squ~re feet <br />123,648 square, feet <br />72,312 square..feet <br /> <br />The site lS located at the southwest lntersection of Hlghway 10 <br />and Woodale Drlve; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer of this development, as requested, <br />requires the following approvals: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3.
