<br />RESOLUTION NO. 257-89 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR MICHAEL MEZZENGA, APPROXIMATELY 8140/8212 LONG LAKE <br />ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 256-88 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Mezzenga has requested approval of a <br />major subdivision for the property located at approximately 8140 <br />/8212 Long Lake Road, legally known as: <br /> <br />EXCEPT WEST 2112 FEET AND EXCEPT EAST 315 FEET OF NORTH <br />172.5 FEET THE NORTH 405 FEET OF SOUTH 810 FEET OF <br />NORTHEAST 1/4 SUBJECT OT ROAD IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 30, <br />RANGE 23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the site plan lS shown as Attachment A and dated <br />December 7, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes three <br />(3) slngle family lots and one (1) outlot and determlnes that lt <br />lS in conformance with all applicable chapters of the Clty Code~ <br />and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commisslon has preliminarily <br />dlscussed the potentlal concept development of Outlot A <br />and the upgrading of Greenwood Drive~ and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion has prelimnarlly <br />dlscussed the potential development of Outlot A upgrading <br />Greenwood Drlve and subdividlng the back portlon of the lots <br />frontlng on Eastwood and decided to continue discussing the <br />development of the back area as a seperate issue. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commlssion of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />major subdivision request by Michael Mezzenga contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1) Provlding the City with appropriate title abstracts <br />for each lot and outlot and recording those abstracts <br />with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2) All requlrements of the City Engineer are complied <br />with as outllned in Clty Engineer's memo dated <br />June 16, 1989 and attached hereto. <br /> <br />3) The Park Dedlcation requirements are satisfactorlly <br />met. <br /> <br />, . <br />
