<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 259-89 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION, <br />ELIZABETH MEZZANO, 7490 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 274-89 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elizabeth Mezzano has requested approval of a <br />minor subdivision for the property located at 7490 Knollwood <br />Drive, legally known as: <br /> <br />SPRING LAKE PARK KNOLLS ADDITION <br />LOT 102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a minor subdivision and determines that <br />it is in conformance with Chapters 40 and 42 of the City Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />minor subdivision request by Elizabeth Mezzano contingent upon <br />the following: <br /> <br />1) Providing the City with appropriate title abstracts <br />for each lot and recording those abstracts with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2) The Park Dedication requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />'/1 or-_ <br />.
